Introductory course

First time users of the Hyperion imaging mass cytometer are obliged to attend a 3 hour Introduction to imaging mass cytometry course to prepare them for their IMC project.  This course covers:

• What is IMC?
• How does IMC work?
• How to make and validate an IMC panel?
• How to segment cells and do a basic analysis?
• Question and answer for your individual projects.

The course requires a minimum of 3 participants and the date is typically determined during Project Meeting 1.
